Job Summary We are seeking a dedicated and knowledgeable Hospital Management Faculty member to teach undergraduate and diploma students. The candidate should possess strong academic knowledge, excellent communication skills, and the ability to guide students in both theoretical and practical aspects of hospital administration. Key Responsibilities Teach Hospital Management subjects to students. Prepare lesson plans, study materials, and presentations. Conduct classroom lectures, practical sessions, and assessments. Evaluate assignments, projects, and examinations. Mentor and guide students in academics and career development. Participate in curriculum development and academic activities. Organize seminars, workshops, industrial visits, and guest lectures. Maintain student attendance and academic records. Support admission counseling and institutional promotional activities when required. Stay updated with current trends in healthcare and hospital administration. Qualifications Master's Degree (MBA/MHA) in Hospital Management, Hospital Administration, Healthcare Management, or a related field. NET/SET/Ph.D. (preferred, if required by the institution). Freshers with strong subject knowledge may also apply. Skills Required Excellent communication and presentation skills. Strong teaching and mentoring abilities. Computer proficiency (MS Office, LMS, Google Workspace). Good organizational and interpersonal skills. Ability to work effectively in a team. Experience 0–3 years: Freshers are welcome. Teaching or hospital administration experience is an added advantage.
Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹16,000.00 per month
