Job Summary
Radhakrishna Fertility and Health Care Centre is seeking a compassionate, dedicated, and qualified Staff Nurse to join our clinical team. The ideal candidate will provide high-quality patient care, assist doctors during procedures, maintain accurate patient records, and ensure a safe and comfortable environment for patients.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide quality nursing care to patients as per hospital protocols.
- Monitor patients' vital signs and maintain nursing records.
- Administer medications and injections as prescribed by doctors.
- Assist doctors during consultations, procedures, and surgeries when required.
- Prepare patients for diagnostic tests and medical procedures.
- Educate patients and their families regarding treatment plans and post-treatment care.
- Maintain infection control standards and ensure cleanliness of the assigned area.
- Handle medical equipment and maintain nursing supplies.
- Respond promptly to patient needs and medical emergencies.
- Coordinate with doctors and other healthcare professionals to deliver effective patient care.
Eligibility
- GNM or B.Sc. Nursing qualification.
- Valid Karnataka Nursing Council (KNC) Registration.
- Freshers and experienced candidates are welcome to apply.
- Experience in Fertility, IVF, OT, or Hospital Nursing is an added advantage.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Willingness to work rotational shifts.
Salary & Benefits
- Salary: ₹12,000 – ₹18,000 per month (Based on qualification and experience)
