Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Sales Manager with 5–10 years of proven experience in high-ticket sales. The ideal candidate should have strong consultative selling skills, experience handling premium customers, and the ability to close sales through phone consultations and cold calling.
Key Responsibilities
- Convert company-generated leads into successful enrollments.
- Conduct consultative sales calls for premium wellness programs.
- Perform cold calling and follow-up activities to generate and nurture prospects.
- Understand customer needs and recommend suitable programs.
- Build and maintain long-term customer relationships.
- Achieve monthly revenue and sales targets.
- Maintain accurate CRM records and sales reports.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure a seamless customer experience.
Required Qualifications
- 5–10 years of experience in Sales or Business Development.
- Proven track record in high-ticket sales and revenue generation.
- Strong experience in cold calling, objection handling, and closing sales.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Experience using CRM systems to manage the sales pipeline.
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
- Interest or experience in the health, wellness, coaching, or personal development industry is preferred.
