Design & Planning Manager – HVAC

About the Role
We are looking for an experienced Design & Planning Manager – HVAC to lead the HVAC design and planning function for industrial and cleanroom EPC projects. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in HVAC system design, team leadership, and project coordination while ensuring quality, compliance, and timely project delivery.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage the HVAC design team across multiple projects.
- Review project requirements and prepare optimized HVAC system designs.
- Review and approve load calculations, duct sizing, equipment selection, and HVAC layouts.
- Finalize HVAC designs including AHUs, FCUs, chillers, ducting, fresh air, and exhaust systems.
- Review BOQs, technical specifications, datasheets, and vendor submissions.
- Ensure designs comply with applicable engineering standards and project requirements.
- Coordinate with clients, consultants, vendors, and project execution teams.
- Participate in design reviews, technical discussions, and site visits as required.
- Support procurement and project teams with technical inputs throughout project execution.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related discipline.
- Minimum 4 years of experience in HVAC design and planning.
- Proven experience leading engineering teams and handling multiple projects.
- Strong understanding of industrial HVAC systems and cleanroom applications.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit MEP, and HVAC design software.
- Good communication, planning, analytical, and problem-solving skills.

Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
