- Coordinating the hiring process
- Schedule interviews with department managers
- Collect feedback from interview panels
- Salary negotiation and job offers
- Discuss salary and benefits with selected candidates
- Send offer letters and explain company policies
- Maintaining recruitment records
- Update candidate databases and recruitment reports
- Track hiring progress and vacancies
- Onboarding support
- Help new employees complete joining formalities
- Coordinate orientation and documentation
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
