Core Responsibilities ∙Lead Management: Connect with prospective students and parents via phone, email, or walk-ins. ∙Course Advising: Explain program details, eligibility criteria, and career prospects to help students select the right courses. ∙Admission Assistance: Guide students through the entire application, documentation, and enrollment process. ∙Target Achievement: Meet or exceed monthly enrollment and revenue quotas (frequently seen in ed-tech and private university roles). ∙Data Tracking: Maintain accurate records of leads, follow-ups, and conversions on CRM systems.
