Job Responsibilities:
· Close sales deals and achieve weekly, monthly, or quarterly sales targets.
· Make outbound calls to potential customers.
· Explain products/services and generate interest.
· Follow up on leads and close sales over the phone.
· Maintain customer database and update call records.
Requirements:
· Minimum 2 years of experience in telesales, inside sales, or a similar role.
· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
· Persuasive and confident phone manner.
· Strong negotiation and closing skills.
· Goal-oriented with a focus on achieving sales targets.
