Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute export sales strategies to achieve revenue and growth targets.
- Identify and establish new business opportunities in international markets.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with overseas buyers, agents, distributors, and strategic partners.
- Manage the complete export process, including order execution, documentation, shipping coordination, and customer communication.
- Ensure compliance with international trade regulations, customs requirements, and export documentation standards.
- Coordinate with production, sourcing, logistics, and finance teams to ensure timely order fulfillment.
- Monitor global textile market trends, competitor activities, and customer requirements.
- Participate in international trade fairs, exhibitions, and business development events.
- Negotiate pricing, contracts, and commercial terms with international customers.
- Resolve customer issues and ensure high levels of client satisfaction.
- Prepare export sales forecasts, market reports, and performance analyses for management.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, International Trade, Textile Technology, Marketing, or a related field.
- 10–15 years of experience in export sales or international business, preferably in the textile or fabric industry.
- Strong knowledge of export procedures, shipping documentation, INCOTERMS, customs regulations, and international logistics.
- Proven track record of developing international markets and achieving sales targets.
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and relationship-management skills.
