Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced *Senior Legal Counsel* to manage end-to-end non-litigation legal matters related to real estate projects, including property documentation, title due diligence, regulatory compliance, and legal risk management.
Key Responsibilities
- Draft, review, and negotiate Sale Deeds, MOUs, Development Agreements, JV/JDA, Lease Agreements, POAs, and other contracts.
- Conduct title due diligence and provide legal opinions for property and land acquisitions.
- Ensure compliance with RERA, MOFA, Stamp Duty, Registration, and other applicable laws.
- Coordinate with external advocates, registration offices, and other relevant bodies.
- Manage property-related approvals, registrations, legal documentation, and contractual risk.
- Provide legal support to Management, Sales, Projects, Liaison, and other internal teams.
- Handle legal notices and coordinate with external counsel on matters requiring legal proceedings.
Requirements
- LLB/LLM from a recognized university.*
- 5+ years of experience in Real Estate Non-Litigation and Litigation.*
- Strong knowledge of property laws, RERA, MOFA, title due diligence, Stamp Duty, and Registration processes.
