We are looking for a dynamic, confident, and result-oriented Tele Sales Executive who has prior knowledge of the Indian stock market and the broking industry. The ideal candidate should be capable of communicating effectively with prospective clients, understanding their investment requirements, explaining the benefits of opening a demat account, and converting qualified leads into successful account openings.

Key Responsibilities
- Contact potential customers through inbound and outbound calls.
- Explain the benefits and features of opening a Demat & Trading Account.
- Guide clients through the complete account opening process.
- Follow up with interested prospects until successful account activation.
- Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and follow-ups.
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly conversion targets.
- Resolve customer queries professionally and promptly.
Educational Qualification
- Graduate in any discipline (Commerce, Finance or Management preferred).
- Certification related to Stock Market, NISM, NCFM or Financial Markets will be an added advantage.
Experience Required
Minimum 1 year of experience in broking industry
Freshers with excellent stock market knowledge may also apply.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
