We are looking for a Telemarketing Executive to make outbound calls to customers, explain our products/services, generate leads, and assist in converting enquiries into sales.
Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers.
- Explain products/services and answer customer queries.
- Generate leads and identify potential customers.
- Follow up with interested customers regularly.
- Maintain basic records of calls, leads, and follow-ups.
- Achieve daily/weekly calling and lead-generation targets.
- Coordinate with the sales team for further follow-up.
- The job is Incentive Based Salary
Requirements
- Good communication and convincing skills.
- Basic knowledge of Tamil and English.
- Freshers can apply.
- Prior telecalling/telemarketing experience is an added advantage.
- Positive attitude and willingness to achieve targets.
