We are seeking a detail-oriented Dental Inventory Executive with prior dental clinic or dental supply experience. The candidate will be responsible for managing dental materials, instruments, and consumables, ensuring proper stock levels, and coordinating with dentists and suppliers.
Key Responsibilities :
- Maintain and monitor inventory of dental materials, instruments, and consumables.
- Track stock levels, expiry dates, and usage of dental products.
- Ensure timely ordering and restocking of dental supplies.
- Coordinate with dentists and dental assistants to understand daily material requirements.
- Maintain accurate inventory records and reports.
- Conduct regular stock audits and physical inventory checks.
- Manage supplier communications and follow up on purchase orders and deliveries.
- Ensure proper storage and organization of dental materials according to clinic standards.
- Monitor cost control and minimize wastage.
Requirements :
- Dental background preferred (Dental assistant, dental technician, or experience in a dental clinic).
- Knowledge of dental materials, instruments, and consumables.
- Experience in inventory management or store handling.
- Basic knowledge of Excel or inventory software.
- Strong organizational and record-keeping skills.
- Good communication and coordination abilities.
Preferred Qualifications :
- Diploma or certification in Dental Assisting / Dental Technology / Healthcare Management.
- Experience working in dental clinics, dental hospitals, or dental supply companies.
