Key Responsibilities:
- Counsel students and parents on courses and career options
- Handle leads via calls, walk-ins, and online inquiries
- Convert prospects into admissions
- Maintain regular follow-ups and update CRM
- Achieve monthly sales/admission targets
- Participate in seminars and field marketing activities
Requirements:
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Sales-oriented mindset with target focus
- Fluency in Malayalam & English
- Basic computer knowledge
- Freshers or candidates with 0–3 years experience can apply
