Job Summary
RK Studio is looking for an experienced Senior Fashion Designer specializing in women’s ethnic wear. The candidate must have strong technical knowledge across fabric, embroidery, pattern making, and handwork, with the ability to handle end-to-end design and development.
Key Responsibilities
Fabric Sourcing
- Source and select fabrics as per design requirements
- Knowledge of cotton, rayon, silk, and blended fabrics
- Coordinate with vendors and suppliers
Embroidery
- Develop embroidery designs (machine & handwork)
- Knowledge of zari, sequins, thread work, and embellishments
- Coordinate with karigars for execution
Pattern & Silhouettes
- Strong understanding of kurti patterns and garment construction
- Supervise cutting, stitching, and fitting
- Work with masterji and production team
Handwork & Trims
- Knowledge of lace work, patchwork, adda work, and detailing
- Ensure finishing and quality of final product

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
