Job Title - Floor Supervisor
Location - Amritsar
Experience - Freshers to Experienced
Roles and Responsibilities -
- Supervise and manage daily floor operations to ensure smooth functioning of the gaming zone.
- Ensure excellent customer service and promptly address customer queries and concerns.
- Monitor gaming equipment and report any technical issues or maintenance requirements.
- Coordinate and guide floor staff to ensure efficient service and task completion.
- Ensure all safety procedures and company policies are followed by staff and customers.
- Handle customer complaints and resolve issues in a professional and timely manner.
- Monitor crowd management and maintain a safe and enjoyable environment for guests.
- Prepare daily reports and assist management in achieving operational and customer satisfaction goals.
Skills -
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong leadership and team management abilities.
- Ability to handle customers professionally and resolve complaints effectively.
- Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with billing
- Good problem-solving and decision-making skills.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.

- Prior experience in hospitality, retail, entertainment, or gaming operations will be an added advantage.
