Job Title: Customer Relationship & Operations Executive/Manager (Real Estate Post Sales)

Role & responsibilities:
1. Client Relationship Management:
- Act as the primary point of contact for customers post booking
- Maintain strong client relationships and provide regular project/payment updates
- Handle customer complaints and escalations efficiently
2. Banking & Loan Coordination:
- Coordinate with customers and empanelled banks for home loan processing and disbursement
- Collect and verify required documents (KYC, income proof, agreements)
- Track loan approvals and follow up for timely disbursement
- Liaise with sales, finance, and legal teams for documentation and demand letters
- Ensure timely fund inflow as per payment plans
3. Payment & Collection Coordination:
- Follow up with customers for due payments as per demand schedule
- Coordinate with the accounts team for payment tracking and reconciliation
- Ensure timely collection and minimize outstanding dues
- Planning with stakeholders on the receivables
4. Documentation & Agreement Process:
- Coordinate and manage booking documentation and agreement execution
- Ensure timely collection of KYC documents and verification
- Maintain accurate customer records and documentation
5. Cross-Functional Coordination:
- Work closely with sales, legal, accounts, and project teams
- Ensure smooth coordination and timely delivery of commitments
6. MIS & Reporting
- Track customer status, collections, and documentation progress
- Ensure data accuracy and timely updates
7. Possession & Handover:
- Coordinate with customers for possession formalities
- Ensure completion of documentation prior to handover
- Support in smooth unit handover and closure of post-sales formalities
Preferred Candidate Profile:
- 5–8 years of experience in real estate post-sales/operations
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Experience in bank coordination and client handling
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
