Key Responsibilities
- Identify and develop new business opportunities in target markets.
- Generate enquiries and follow up with prospective customers.
- Understand customer requirements and provide suitable technical solutions.
- Prepare and submit techno-commercial quotations and proposals.
- Coordinate with engineering, production, and quality teams for project execution.
- Conduct customer visits, presentations, and product demonstrations.
- Negotiate prices, terms, and contracts with customers.
- Maintain strong relationships with existing customers and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Follow up on quotations and convert enquiries into orders.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer requirements.
- Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and monthly MIS reports.
- Support payment collection and coordinate with customers regarding outstanding dues.
- Participate in exhibitions, trade shows, and marketing activities when required.
- Ensure achievement of assigned sales targets and business objectives.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree/Diploma in Mechanical Engineering, Chemical Engineering, or a related field.
- MBA in Marketing is an added advantage.
Experience
- 2 to 8 years of experience in technical sales, industrial equipment sales, or engineering products.
- Experience in Oil & Gas, Petrochemical, Power, Pharmaceutical, Process Equipment, Heat Exchangers, Pressure Vessels, or related industries is preferred.
Skills Required
- Strong technical and commercial knowledge.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Customer relationship management skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office and ERP/CRM systems.
- Ability to work independently and achieve sales targets.
- Willingness to travel for customer visits and business development activities.
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
