We are looking for a talented Draftsman & Design Engineer who can convert site measurements and concepts into professional fabrication drawings and 3D tensile structure designs.
Key ResponsibilitiesDesign & Drafting
- Prepare detailed 2D and 3D drawings for tensile membrane roofing projects.
- Create fabrication drawings for steel structures and tensile membrane systems.
- Develop shop drawings, working drawings, and installation drawings.
- Generate BOQ (Bill of Quantities) from approved designs.
- Create presentation drawings for client approvals.
Technical Coordination
- Coordinate with site engineers for measurements and project requirements.
- Verify dimensions received from site teams.
- Support project execution team with technical clarifications.
- Assist sales team with concept designs and project proposals.
Visualization
- Create realistic 3D renders of tensile structures.
- Prepare client presentation visuals and project mockups.
- Develop design alternatives for residential and commercial projects.
Required SkillsSoftware Proficiency
Must have experience in one or more of the following:
- AutoCAD
- SketchUp
- SolidWorks
- Rhino 3D
- Tekla Structures
- Revit (Added Advantage)
- Lumion / Twinmotion / Enscape
- Photoshop
Technical Knowledge
- Steel structure detailing
- Tensile membrane structure design
- Structural drafting
- Fabric patterning knowledge (preferred)
- Understanding of fabrication and erection processes

- Have strong attention to detail.
- Can work independently and meet deadlines.
- Have good spatial visualization skills.
- Are willing to work from our office in Manjeri.
- Can coordinate effectively with site and project teams.
Preferred Candidates
- Candidates from Malappuram, Manjeri, Perinthalmanna, Kondotty, Tirur, Nilambur, Calicut, and nearby areas.
- Diploma/B.Tech holders in Civil, Mechanical, Structural Engineering, Architecture, or related fields.
