Support H2R operations for Australian clients with a focus on Employee Data Management (EDM), ensuring accurate HR transactions (Hiring, Confirmation, Promotion, Transfers, Separation process, reporting and CHCM Delivery) SLA adherence, and a seamless employee experience using HR systems. Strong attention to detail and stakeholder management, and ability to handle confidential employee information.

Manage employee particulars and crating profiles in Workday

Employee data management and supporting Payroll activities

Sort and prioritize daily requests to process and deliver within the SLA

Preparing employment contracts, offer letters, and HR documentation.

Maintaining employee records in HR systems.

Processing employee data changes, leave management, and benefits administration.

Supporting payroll teams with timesheets, attendance, and employee information.

Ensuring compliance with Australian employment regulations and company policies.

Handling client queries through email and ticketing systems.

Working with Team Lead to drive improvement initiatives within the team
