Job Title: Reception & Collections Executive
Salary
₹15,000 – ₹20,000 per month
Working Hours
10:00 AM to 8:00 PM (Monday to Saturday)
Job Summary
We are looking for a proactive and responsible Customer Support & Collections Executive to manage customer communication, payment follow-ups, and coordination between departments. The candidate will serve as the primary point of contact for customers and ensure smooth communication between the Sales, Accounts, and Warehouse teams.
Key Responsibilities
Customer Service & Support
- Handle incoming customer calls and inquiries professionally.
- Resolve customer complaints and provide timely solutions.
- Maintain strong customer relationships through regular communication.
- Update customers regarding order status, dispatch, payments, and delivery schedules.
Payment Collection
- Follow up with customers for outstanding payments via phone, WhatsApp, and email.
- Maintain records of payment commitments and collection status.
- Coordinate with the Accounts Department regarding overdue payments.
- Prepare and update daily collection reports.
Coordination & Operations
- Act as a bridge between Sales, Accounts, and Warehouse departments.
- Coordinate order processing, dispatch schedules, and customer requirements.
- Ensure smooth communication and timely resolution of operational issues.
- Escalate urgent matters to management when required.
Administrative Duties
- Manage reception and incoming calls.
- Maintain customer databases and records.
- Prepare reports using Microsoft Excel and Word.
- Perform general office administration tasks.
Requirements
- Graduate in any discipline.
- Good English communication skills (spoken and written).
- Strong follow-up and negotiation skills.
- Knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word, Email, and WhatsApp Business.
- Ability to handle customers professionally and solve problems efficiently.
- Organized, responsible, and detail-oriented.
Preferred Experience
- 1–3 years of experience in customer service, collections, administration, or coordination roles.
- Freshers with excellent communication and follow-up skills may also apply.
