Role Overview
We are looking for a Power BI Developer with strong expertise in dashboard development, DAX, and data modeling. The role includes building interactive reports, supporting financial reporting, and working with Microsoft Fabric, ETL pipelines, and automation tools to deliver reliable end-to-end data solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain interactive Power BI dashboards and reports
- Build optimized data models and implement advanced DAX calculations such as MTD, YTD, and KPI metrics
- Support financial reporting requirements including P&L reporting and variance analysis
- Develop and manage ETL workflows using Microsoft Fabric components such as Dataflows and Pipelines
- Work with Lakehouse, Data Warehouse, OneLake, and Data Lake environments
- Perform data transformation and integration using SQL and Power Query
- Automate business workflows and reporting processes using Power Automate
- Ensure data accuracy, report performance optimization, and security implementation including Row-Level Security (RLS)
Required Skills
- Strong hands-on experience with Power BI (Desktop & Service)
- Expertise in advanced DAX and data modeling techniques
- Solid understanding of SQL and data warehousing concepts
- Experience working with Microsoft Fabric including Lakehouse, Warehouse, and Pipelines
- Good understanding of ETL processes and data engineering concepts
- Experience in financial reporting and analytics including P&L, MTD/YTD reporting, and variance analysis
Good to Have
- Knowledge of Python for data processing and automation
- Experience with Power Automate
- Relevant certifications in Power BI, Microsoft Fabric, or Azure Data technologies
Pay: ₹600,000.00 - ₹1,200,000.00 per year
