Position Overview:
We are looking for an experienced HR Recruitment Specialist who can independently manage the recruitment process, especially for Field Marketing Executives and Agents. The role requires strong sourcing skills, field-level recruitment activities, and the ability to achieve monthly hiring targets through effective candidate generation and onboarding.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle end-to-end recruitment activities for Field Marketing Executives and Agents.
- Source and identify potential candidates through various recruitment channels.
- Conduct regular field visits to:
- Colleges
- Government institutions
- Recruitment consultancies
- Career centers and other talent sourcing locations
- Generate recruitment leads through field-level activities and convert them into successful hires.
- Manage candidate screening, interview coordination, selection, and onboarding process.
- Achieve monthly recruitment targets as assigned.
- Maintain a strong candidate pipeline for continuous hiring requirements.
- Build and maintain recruitment networks to support business growth.
- Coordinate with internal teams for smooth joining and onboarding of selected candidates.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Minimum 2+ years of experience in HR Recruitment / Talent Acquisition.
- Experience in bulk hiring or field staff recruitment is preferred.
- Strong candidate sourcing and communication skills.
- Ability to work with monthly targets and recruitment goals.
- Willingness to travel for recruitment activities and field visits.
- Good networking and relationship-building abilities.
- Self-driven with strong follow-up and conversion skills.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
