Roles & Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute production plans based on input from the stores department regarding raw material availability.
- Monitor raw material stock levels and coordinate with the procurement team for replenishment.
- Plan and schedule PCB assembly production while ensuring smooth workflow and minimizing downtime.
- Coordinate with the marketing team to ensure timely release of work orders for production.
- Supervise the assembly, fitting, and wiring of Integrated Power Supply [IPS] and Battery Charger to maintain production efficiency.
- Implement daily reviews for material shortages to prevent production delays.
- Ensure Pre-QC (Quality Control) planning is conducted daily to maintain high-quality standards.
- Organize Final QC inspections for PCUs before they are dispatched to customers.
- Implement 4M Change Management (Man, Machine, Material, Method) for continuous improvement.
- Manage and allocate manpower effectively to maintain a smooth and productive workflow.
- Coordinate with the Design & Development team regarding Bill of Materials (BOM), new product development, and integration of new technologies (e.g., GPRS in inverters).
Qualifications & Skills:
- Min 03 to 06 Years of experience in Purchase and Vendor Development related to electrical and electronics Industry.
- Must be comfortable with Night Shifts
- Diploma or BTech in Electronics or Electrical or bachelor's with relevant industry experience
- Understanding of PCB assembly, PCU wiring, inverter technology, and quality control standards.
- Strong leadership, problem-solving, and coordination skills. Ability to manage a team and communicate across departments effectively.
Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
