JOB DESCRIPTION:
- Conduct pre-operative patient assessments, ensuring readiness for cardiac surgical procedures.
- Assist in the preparation, maintenance, and proper storage of surgical instruments and equipment.
- Ensure the Operating Theatre (OT) is fully prepared, including availability of implants, instruments, consumables, and specialized cardiac equipment.
- Maintain strict sterility protocols to prevent infections and ensure patient safety.
- Monitor and record patient vital signs throughout surgical procedures, promptly reporting any abnormalities.
- Provide intra-operative assistance to surgeons and anesthetists as required.
- Adhere to all infection control, safety, and hospital protocols at all times.
- Ensure compliance with NABH standards and OT best practices.
- Support post-operative processes, including patient transfer and documentation.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Qualification: B.Sc Nursing or GNM with valid RNRM Registration
- Experience: 2–5 years of experience in Cardiac (OT)
- Strong understanding of OT protocols, sterilization techniques, and patient safety standards

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
