Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced and dedicated Infrastructure Engineer to manage and support IT infrastructure operations. The ideal candidate should possess a minimum of 4 years of relevant experience, strong expertise in Windows environments, end-user support, and network infrastructure, along with proven experience in team handling (minimum 5 members). The candidate must have effective English communication skills and be willing to work in the US shift.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage, monitor, and maintain IT infrastructure to ensure system availability, stability, and performance.
- Administer, configure, and troubleshoot Windows environments and related infrastructure components.
- Provide end-user support by troubleshooting hardware, software, system access, email, and IT-related issues.
- Monitor and troubleshoot network-related issues, including LAN/WAN, switches, routers, VPN, and connectivity problems.
- Lead and manage a team of minimum 5 members, ensuring smooth daily operations and productivity.
- Handle incidents, service requests, and issue tracking through ticketing tools.
- Monitor infrastructure performance and troubleshoot system-related issues proactively.
- Coordinate with internal teams and clients to ensure timely issue resolution and operational support.
- Perform regular system maintenance, updates, and patch management.
- Maintain accurate documentation of incidents, troubleshooting steps, configurations, and infrastructure processes.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Minimum 4 years of experience in IT Infrastructure / System Administration.
- Mandatory experience in team management (minimum 5 team members).
- Strong hands-on experience in Windows administration and support.
- Experience in End User Support / Desktop Support for handling user-level technical issues.
- Basic to intermediate experience in network administration and troubleshooting.
- Experience with ticketing tools such as:
- ServiceNow
- Jira
- Freshservice
- ManageEngine
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Willingness to work in the US Shift.
- Good analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
Educational Qualification
- Bachelor’s Degree / Diploma in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
