## About the Role
We are looking for enthusiastic and confident individuals to join our team as **Telecalling & Collection Executives**.
The selected candidates will be responsible for making collection-related calls, following up with customers regarding pending loan payments, handling customer conversations professionally, and achieving assigned performance targets.
**Freshers are welcome to apply.** Complete training will be provided to help candidates understand the role and work process.
## Key Responsibilities
* Make outbound calls to customers regarding pending loan payments and collections.
* Follow up with customers regarding due and overdue payments.
* Communicate payment-related information clearly and professionally.
* Handle customer responses and queries during collection calls.
* Maintain regular follow-ups with assigned customers.
* Update call and follow-up information as required.
* Work towards assigned collection and performance targets.
* Maintain professional communication with customers.
* Follow company guidelines and collection procedures.
* Contribute towards individual and team performance goals.
## Candidate Requirements
* Minimum qualification: **10th / 12th Pass**.
* **Freshers are welcome to apply.**
* Candidate must be **18 years or above**.
* **Telugu is required.**
* Hindi and English communication skills are preferred.
* Good verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
* Comfortable speaking with customers over the phone.
* Confident and target-oriented approach.

## Training

## Working Details
* **Location:** Begumpet & Rasoolpura, Hyderabad, Telangana.
* **Work Mode:** Work from Office.
* **Working Days:** 7 days a week.
* **Weekly Off:** One day off will be provided during the 3rd week of the month.
* **Working Hours:** Rotational basis; exact shift timings will be communicated during the interview.
* **Joining:** Immediate joining preferred.
## Interview Process

After the initial conversation, shortlisted/interested candidates will be provided with the **company details and interview location** and will be required to attend the interview in person.
