The Front Desk Executive is the first point of contact for clients and is responsible for delivering a premium guest experience aligned with the brand standards of Sunway Wellness Group. This role involves managing appointments, handling client interactions, processing payments, supporting sales targets, and ensuring smooth front office operations.
Key Responsibilities
1. Guest Experience & Reception Management
- Greet and welcome clients warmly and professionally.
- Handle check-in and check-out procedures efficiently.
- Offer beverages and ensure a comfortable waiting experience.
- Address client queries, concerns, and feedback promptly.
2. Appointment & Schedule Management
- Manage bookings via phone, WhatsApp, walk-ins, and online platforms.
- Coordinate therapist schedules to optimize productivity.
- Minimize gaps and maximize room utilization.
- Send appointment confirmations and reminders.
3. Sales & Revenue Support
- Promote spa services, memberships, and packages.
- Upsell add-on services and retail products.
- Achieve individual and branch-level sales targets.
- Maintain daily sales reports and follow up on leads.
4. Billing & Cash Handling
- Generate invoices accurately.
- Process cash, UPI, card payments, and maintain transaction records.
- Close daily accounts and coordinate with accounts/management.
5. Administrative & Reporting
- Maintain client database and service history.
- Track inventory of front desk retail products.
- Coordinate with housekeeping and therapists for smooth operations.
6. Brand & Presentation Standards
- Maintain grooming and hygiene standards.
- Ensure reception area cleanliness and aesthetic upkeep.
- Follow SOPs and brand communication tone.
Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
