Salary: ₹20,000 – ₹30,000 per month (Based on experience)

Role Overview
We are hiring an Automation Engineer to design and implement automation solutions that improve operational efficiency. The role involves building workflows, integrating systems via APIs, and identifying opportunities to automate manual processes.
Key Responsibilities
- Build and implement automation workflows and scripts
- Integrate systems and tools using APIs
- Identify process gaps and propose automation solutions
- Monitor and optimize automation performance
- Collaborate with product, operations, and tech teams
- Maintain documentation of automation processes
Requirements
- Experience with automation tools or scripting (any of the following preferred):
- RPA tools (UiPath, Automation Anywhere, Power Automate)
- Scripting (Python / JavaScript)
- Strong understanding of APIs and system integrations
- Experience in workflow automation or process improvement
- Problem-solving and analytical thinking
- Ability to work independently and manage tasks
Preferred Candidate
- Experience in RPA or business process automation
- Knowledge of REST APIs and data handling
- Exposure to databases or backend systems
- Immediate joiner
- Experience in startup or fast-paced environment
