Realtaspaces Infra Solutions LLP is looking for a responsible, punctual, and professional Company Driver / Personal Driver to provide safe and reliable transportation support for company executives, office staff, and official work-related travel.
The ideal candidate should have a valid driving license, a clean driving record, knowledge of Mumbai routes, and a courteous, service-oriented attitude.
Position Purpose
To ensure safe, timely, and efficient transportation for company officials, while maintaining the assigned vehicle in clean and roadworthy condition.
Key Responsibilities
Driving & Transportation
- Drive company executives, directors, and staff safely to meetings, project sites, client visits, and official assignments.
- Ensure punctual pick-up and drop-off as per the assigned schedule.
- Follow traffic rules, road safety regulations, and company driving policies.
- Plan routes efficiently to avoid delays and ensure timely travel.
Vehicle Maintenance
- Maintain the assigned vehicle in clean, hygienic, and presentable condition.
- Check fuel, engine oil, coolant, tyre pressure, brakes, and battery regularly.
- Ensure timely servicing, repairs, pollution checks, insurance renewal, and vehicle documentation.
- Report any mechanical issues or damages immediately to the Admin Department.
Administrative Support
- Maintain daily logbooks of trips, mileage, fuel consumption, and travel details.
- Assist with office-related errands, document delivery, and small purchases when required.
- Coordinate with the Administration Department regarding vehicle schedules and requirements.
Professional Conduct
- Maintain confidentiality regarding company and executive travel details.
- Display courteous and professional behaviour with executives, staff, clients, and visitors.
- Be flexible with working hours, including early mornings, late evenings, weekends, or emergency travel when required.
Qualifications & Experience
- Minimum qualification: SSC/HSC or equivalent.
- Valid LMV/Transport Driving License.
- 3–8 years of experience as a Company Driver, Personal Driver, or Executive Driver.
- Experience driving executives/directors in a corporate environment preferred.
- Good knowledge of Mumbai roads, traffic conditions, and nearby routes.
- Clean driving record with no major traffic violations.
