Gayatri Infrastructure is looking for a responsible and experienced Construction Site Supervisor to oversee day-to-day activities at residential construction and interior project sites. The ideal candidate should have good knowledge of construction practices, be able to coordinate with workers and contractors, and ensure that work is carried out as per drawings, specifications, quality standards, and project timelines.
The candidate should be comfortable working independently at the site and taking responsibility for the smooth execution of assigned works.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise and monitor day-to-day construction and interior work at project sites.
- Coordinate and manage workers, subcontractors, contractors, and vendors at the site.
- Ensure work is executed as per approved architectural, structural, and interior drawings.
- Read and understand working drawings and communicate requirements clearly to the site team.
- Monitor the quality of workmanship and ensure proper execution of work.
- Check measurements and quantities of materials required for ongoing works.
- Coordinate material deliveries and ensure materials are available at the site as required.
- Monitor the use of materials and minimize wastage.
- Track daily progress and ensure work is completed within the scheduled timeline.
- Identify site issues and coordinate with the project architect/designer or management for timely resolution.
- Take accurate site measurements and provide regular updates on project progress.
- Maintain proper coordination between different trades such as civil, masonry, plumbing, electrical, carpentry, painting, tiling, and other interior works.
- Ensure proper sequencing of work to avoid delays and rework.
- Maintain basic site records, including daily progress, material requirements, and work status.
- Ensure the site is maintained in a safe, clean, and organized manner.
- Report any delays, quality issues, material shortages, or site-related problems to the management promptly.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- 1–3 years of experience as a Construction Site Supervisor / Civil Site Supervisor / Interior Site Supervisor.
- Diploma or ITI in Civil Engineering, Construction, or a related field is preferred.
- Good knowledge of residential construction and interior execution.
- Ability to read and understand architectural, structural, and interior working drawings.
- Good knowledge of construction materials and site execution methods.
- Ability to coordinate and manage workers and subcontractors effectively.
- Good communication and problem-solving skills.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
- Ability to work independently and take ownership of site responsibilities.
- Basic knowledge of measurements and quantity estimation is preferred.
- Knowledge of basic safety practices at construction sites.

Pay: ₹22,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
