Key Responsibilities
Prospecting: Identify and connect with potential clients to build a strong customer pipeline.
Financial Need Analysis: Understand clients' financial goals, liabilities, and family security needs.
Solution Design: Clearly explain various life insurance plans, riders, and savings products to recommend the best-fit solution.
Sales Closure: Guide clients through the onboarding process, assist with documentation, and close sales.
Relationship Management: Maintain strong, long-term relationships with existing clients to assist with policy renewals and service queries.
Continuous Learning: Attend mandatory company training sessions to stay updated on product knowledge and market trends.
Eligibility & Requirements
Age: 27 years and above.
Education: Minimum 12th standard pass (Plus Two) or higher.
Language Skills: Fluency in Malayalam is mandatory; proficiency in English is a strong advantage.
Attributes: A self-motivated individual who is willing to meet new people, build networks, and learn sales techniques.
Experience: Prior experience in sales, marketing, or customer service is a plus, but not mandatory.
