We at Seere Santhe By Rapid Rashmi and Radha by Rapid Rashmi, are looking for a proactive and customer-focused WhatsApp Sales Executive to manage customer interactions, drive sales, and provide a seamless shopping experience via WhatsApp and online channels. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills and a passion for fashion and sales.
Key Responsibilities
- Customer Interaction & Sales
- Handle customer inquiries via WhatsApp in a prompt and professional manner
- Assist customers in selecting sarees based on their preferences, occasions, and budget
- Convert inquiries into sales through effective communication and follow-ups
- Order Management
- Process orders received via WhatsApp and coordinate with internal teams
- Ensure accurate order details, billing, and timely dispatch
- Product Knowledge
- Maintain in-depth knowledge of saree collections, fabrics, pricing, and availability
- Share product images, videos, and details with customers
- Customer Relationship Management
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers
- Follow up on leads, repeat customers, and abandoned inquiries
- Coordination with Teams
- Work closely with inventory, accounts, and logistics teams for smooth operations
- Coordinate with content team for product photos/videos when required
- Sales Tracking & Reporting
- Track daily sales, inquiries, and conversions
- Maintain records of customer interactions and feedback
