Education and Experience
Education:
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
Experience:
1–3 years of relevant experience in human resources. Prior experience in educational institutions will be an added advantage.
Functional Competencies
Domain Knowledge:
- Sound understanding of core HR operations including recruitment, on boarding, employee records, and statutory compliance
- Knowledge of child safeguarding norms and employee lifecycle documentation
- Familiarity with HR policies and employee engagement best practices
Computer Proficiency:
- Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
- Working knowledge of HR software and digital record-keeping systems
Leadership Competencies
- High attention to detail, confidentiality, and professionalism
- Strong coordination, communication, and organizational skills
- Ability to multitask and work under academic calendar timelines
- Approachable and employee-focused with a collaborative mindset
