Key Responsiblities:
- Handle inbound and outbound customer calls.
- resolve customer queries and complaints efficiently.
- maintain accurate records of customer interactions.
- provide information about products and services.
- follow up with internal teams to resolve customer issues.
Eligibility criteria.
- Graduate in any discipline (mandatory).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- basic knowledge of (MS office,email, CRM tools preferred)
- Strong problem-solving and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
