Experience:
- Minimum 2 years of experience in real estate/property sales.
Key Responsibilities:
- Generate and convert sales leads for AXA Montura.
- Coordinate customer enquiries and schedule site visits.
- Meet prospective buyers and conduct project presentations.
- Follow up with leads and close sales.
- Maintain CRM records and daily sales reports.
- Coordinate with the marketing team for campaign-generated leads.
- Achieve monthly sales targets while delivering excellent customer service.
Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years of experience in real estate/property sales.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Willingness to relocate/stay in Manjeri.
- Ability to work from the Calicut office and travel to the project site regularly.
- Valid driving license and own vehicle will be an added advantage.
- Proficient in Malayalam and English. Hindi is an added advantage.
