We are looking for an experienced Bench Sales Recruiter to manage and market consultants who are currently on the bench and actively looking for project opportunities. The candidate should have strong knowledge of the US staffing market, excellent communication skills, and experience working with vendors and clients.
Key Responsibilities
- Market and place consultants on bench with suitable client requirements.
- Work with implementation partners, vendors, clients, and recruiters to identify project opportunities.
- Negotiate rates and coordinate with vendors regarding consultant submissions.
- Handle consultant marketing through job portals, LinkedIn, vendor networks, and other channels.
- Maintain strong relationships with vendors and clients.
- Submit consultants to relevant requirements and follow up on submissions.
Pay: ₹20,266.70 - ₹49,608.64 per month
