Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly organized, confident, and proactive Executive Assistant to support the Director in managing day-to-day business operations. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication skills, a strong mindset, and the ability to handle multiple tasks and executions simultaneously in a fast-paced B2C environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide comprehensive administrative and operational support to the Director.
- Coordinate and execute multiple projects, tasks, and follow-ups simultaneously.
- Act as a liaison between the Director and internal/external stakeholders.
- Prepare reports, presentations, MIS, and business documents.
- Track ongoing tasks and ensure timely completion within deadlines.
- Handle confidential information with professionalism and discretion.
- Coordinate with various departments to ensure smooth execution of business activities.
- Follow up on pending actions and provide regular status updates to the Director.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
- min 1 years of experience as an Executive Assistant, Personal Assistant, Operations Coordinator, or similar role.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong multitasking and execution capabilities.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage competing priorities.
- Strong decision-making and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office, Excel, PowerPoint, and email communication.
- Professional attitude, confidence, and strong interpersonal skills.
Preferred Profile:
- Experience working directly with senior management or directors.
- Exposure to B2C business operations.
- Highly organized, proactive, and execution-focused personality.
- Strong mindset with the ability to handle challenging situations independently.
Pay: ₹20,732.34 - ₹25,021.16 per month
