- Manage day-to-day office operations and ensure smooth administrative functioning.
- Coordinate with internal departments for effective communication and workflow.
- Maintain office records, documents, and filing systems.
- Schedule meetings, appointments, and maintain calendars for management.
- Prepare reports, presentations, and other administrative documents.
- Monitor office supplies and coordinate procurement when required.
- Coordinate with vendors, service providers, and housekeeping staff.
- Handle courier, dispatch, and inventory management.
- Maintain MIS reports and update databases regularly.
- Ensure office premises are organized, safe, and well-maintained.
- Assist management with daily administrative and operational tasks.
- Coordinate travel arrangements, hotel bookings, and expense records when required.
- Perform any other administrative duties assigned by management.
Skills Required:
- Good communication skills.
- Good knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Basic knowledge of office administration and documentation.
Requirement
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
