Camron Group is a leading industrial construction company specializing in Industrial Sheds, Warehouses, Factories, Commercial Buildings, and Turnkey Construction Projects across India. We are seeking a proactive and dedicated Legal Intern to support our legal, compliance, contract management, and documentation functions.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in drafting, reviewing, and maintaining contracts, work orders, vendor agreements, NDAs, and commercial agreements.
- Conduct legal research on Contract Law, Labour Laws, Corporate Laws, Property Laws, and other applicable regulations.
- Support legal due diligence and verification of land, property, and project-related documents.
- Assist in preparing legal notices, replies, affidavits, undertakings, and legal correspondence.
- Coordinate with advocates, consultants, government authorities, and internal teams.
- Visit courts, government offices, registration authorities, and other departments for legal and compliance-related work as required.
- Assist in filing, follow-up, and documentation of legal matters.
- Maintain legal records, agreements, licenses, and compliance documents.
- Support labour law compliance, statutory registrations, and corporate documentation.
- Prepare legal reports, summaries, and management updates.
Eligibility Criteria
- Pursuing LL.B. (4th/5th Year) or recently completed LL.B.
- Strong interest in Corporate Law, Contract Management, Compliance, Labour Laws, and Construction Industry Legal Matters.
- Good legal research and drafting skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Willingness to travel locally for court visits, government office coordination, documentation, and project-related legal work.
Preferred Skills
- Knowledge of Contract Act, Labour Laws, Property Documentation, and Commercial Agreements.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Attention to detail and document management.
- Previous internship experience will be an added advantage.
