Key Roles & Responsibilities:
1. Recruitment & Talent Acquisition
- Manage end-to-end recruitment cycle including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
- Coordinate with department heads for manpower planning and hiring requirements.
- Source candidates through job portals, social media, employee referrals, and campus networks.
- Conduct preliminary HR interviews and candidate assessments.
- Maintain recruitment MIS, hiring trackers, and candidate databases.
- Ensure timely closure of open positions within defined TAT.
2. Internship & Student Counselling
- Counsel students regarding internships, career opportunities, and placement readiness.
- Coordinate internship programs with colleges, universities, and corporate partners.
- Guide students on resume preparation, interview skills, and career planning.
- Track internship progress and maintain student engagement records.
- Assist students in identifying suitable internship and placement opportunities.
3. B2B Tie-Ups & Corporate Relations
- Develop and maintain strategic partnerships with corporates, educational institutions, and training organizations.
- Generate new B2B tie-ups for student enrolments, internships, and campus recruitment drives.
- Conduct meetings, presentations, and relationship-building activities with HR representatives and institutional heads.
- Negotiate and finalize collaboration agreements and hiring partnerships.
- Expand employer network for placement and internship opportunities.
4. Campus Hiring & Placement Coordination
- Organize campus drives, job fairs, placement events, and recruitment campaigns.
- Coordinate with colleges and universities for placement activities and hiring schedules.
- Build strong relationships with placement officers and academic coordinators.
- Ensure smooth execution of campus recruitment processes.
- Maintain placement records, reports, and hiring statistics.
Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
