Key Responsibilities

- Documentation & Preparation: Analyze tender documents to understand eligibility criteria, scope of work, and compliance requirements.
- Bid Management: Coordinate with sales, finance, and technical departments to gather necessary inputs (e.g., BOQs, certificates, financial statements).
- E-Tendering Submission: Manage the digital submission process on platforms such as GeM, ensuring all digital signatures and mandatory attachments are correct.
- Clarification & Follow-up: Attend pre-bid meetings, raise queries for technical clarifications, and track post-submission status (e.g., monitoring L1/L2 bidder rankings).
- Record Keeping: Maintain an organized database of all submitted tenders, performance results, and expiring certifications or renewals.
- Requirements & Qualifications
- Education: A Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field.
- Experience: Typically 1–5 years in tender management or bid preparation.
- Technical Skills:
- Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel for cost estimations and technical sheets.
- Strong knowledge of e-procurement systems and digital signature protocols.
- Soft Skills:
- Exceptional attention to detail to avoid disqualification during the technical bid phase.
- Ability to work under strict pressure to meet non-negotiable submission deadlines.
- Strong written communication for drafting persuasive cover letters and proposal summaries.
