- Ensure effective implementation of ISO 9001 / other applicable quality systems.
- Maintain and update QMS documentation like SOPs, Work Instructions, Quality Manuals, etc.
- Conduct regular internal audits and ensure timely closure of NCs (Non-Conformities).
- Support third-party certification and customer audits.
- Conduct process audits and monitor effectiveness of quality systems at the shop floor.
- Assist in root cause analysis and implementation of corrective/preventive actions (CAPA).
- Identify process improvement opportunities and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
- Conduct QMS awareness and training programs for plant staff.
- Ensure quality objectives are communicated and understood at all levels.
- Maintain control of QMS documents and ensure their revision and distribution.
- Ensure timely reporting of QMS KPIs and dashboard to management.
- Assist in handling customer complaints related to QMS issues.
- Participate in supplier audits and quality reviews.
Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
