We are a well-established home textile export company with operations in South India and a showroom and design studio in Gurgaon. As we strengthen our core team in Mumbai, we are seeking an experienced and hands-on professional to work closely with the Managing Director and Director in supporting and developing the Company's merchandising and business development activities.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide visibility and follow-up on enquiries, developments and ongoing business activities.
- Ensure timely coordination with merchandising, design and production teams.
- Independently handle selected customer accounts.
- Support seasonal product development and trade fair preparations.
- Assist in developing sales presentations, catalogues and marketing materials.
- Work with the Director on market development initiatives and special projects.
- Maintain regular communication with teams across Mumbai, Gurgaon and South India.
Candidate Profile
- 8–15 years' experience in home textiles, sourcing or related industries.
- Good commercial understanding and strong follow-up skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication.
- Organized, dependable and able to work independently.
- Comfortable interacting with customers and cross-functional teams.
- Proficient in Excel, presentations and digital communication tools.
- Interested in taking on a broad role with significant exposure and growth opportunities.
Pay: ₹600,000.00 - ₹1,200,000.00 per year
