HudsonManpower is looking for an experienced and result-oriented Business Development Manager with strong expertise in client acquisition and business development for White Collar and Blue Collar recruitment services.
The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in developing business with Gulf, Indian, International, and European clients across industries such as Oil & Gas, EPC, Manufacturing, Engineering, Construction, Hospitality, IT and Industrial Services.

Generate new business opportunities and acquire recruitment clients

Develop and maintain relationships with clients across GCC, India, Europe, and other international markets

Promote White Collar and Blue Collar recruitment services

Handle client meetings, presentations, proposals, and negotiations

Coordinate with recruitment teams to ensure timely delivery

Identify market trends and hiring opportunities across target industries

Build long-term partnerships with EPC, Oil & Gas, Manufacturing, Hospitality, and Industrial companies

Achieve business growth and revenue targets

Proven experience in recruitment business development/staffing industry

Strong network of clients in Gulf and international markets

Experience handling White Collar and Blue Collar recruitment requirements

Excellent communication, negotiation, and client management skills

Knowledge of industries such as Oil & Gas, EPC, Manufacturing, Construction, Hospitality, etc.

Ability to work independently and drive business growth

Existing client database/network

Experience in overseas recruitment industry
