This role is ideal for someone who thrives in fast-paced environments, excels at institutional sales closures, and is passionate about building scalable, recurring revenue systems.

Develop and execute sales and revenue growth strategies to achieve monthly and quarterly targets.

Lead and mentor a team of field executives across Kolkata and nearby regions.

Identify and convert institutional clients (hospitals, fertility clinics, and diagnostic labs).

Drive strong relationships with gynecologists and fertility specialists to ensure repeat business.

Plan, negotiate, and close large-value institutional deals.

Track sales performance, pipeline metrics, and competitor insights to optimize strategies.

Collaborate closely with marketing and product teams for growth alignment.

Minimum 3+ years of experience in medical device or healthcare sales.

Proven success in institutional sales closures and achieving recurring revenue goals.

Strong leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.

Experience in B2B sales and key account management preferred.
