- Provide first-level technical support for hardware, software, printers, and network-related issues.
- Install, configure, and maintain desktop computers, laptops, printers, and other IT equipment.
- Troubleshoot Windows operating systems, Microsoft Office applications, email, and internet connectivity issues.
- Respond to support requests through phone, email, remote access, or in person.
- Diagnose and resolve technical problems in a timely manner.
- Escalate complex technical issues to senior IT staff when required.
- Maintain records of support requests and resolutions.
- Configure user accounts, passwords, and system access permissions.
- Perform routine system maintenance, software updates, and antivirus monitoring.
- Assist in setting up computers and IT equipment for new employees.
- Ensure data security and follow company IT policies.
- Coordinate with vendors for hardware repairs and warranty services when necessary.
Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
