MIS Executive (2–3 Years Experience) – IT
ROLE OVERVIEW
We are looking for an experienced MIS Executive with 2–3 years of IT industry experience to manage business reports, databases, dashboards, and support data-driven decision-making across departments.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Prepare, maintain, and automate daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports and dashboards.
- Extract, analyze, and validate data using SQL Server, queries, and stored procedures.
- Develop and maintain reports using Advanced MS Excel and reporting tools.
- Work with databases to ensure data accuracy, integrity, and consistency.
- Support data integration activities with internal applications and third-party systems using APIs.
- Monitor application data, troubleshoot reporting issues, and resolve data discrepancies.
- Assist in developing dashboards for business performance tracking and decision-making.
- Collaborate with Developers, Product, QA, and Business teams to understand reporting requirements.
- Maintain documentation and follow best practices for data management and reporting.
- Support healthcare software platforms such as LIMS, HIS, EMR, Billing Systems, and internal enterprise applications.
REQUIRED SKILLS
- Advanced MS Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, Charts, Power Query, Formulas)
- SQL Server (Queries, Joins, Stored Procedures, Views)
- Database Management and Data Analysis
- Power BI or other BI/Reporting Tools (Preferred)
- Basic knowledge of .NET / .NET Core applications
- Understanding of REST APIs / Web APIs for data integration
- Basic knowledge of Entity Framework Core
- Git / GitHub (Preferred)
- Basic knowledge of Azure Cloud Services
- Strong analytical, logical thinking, and problem-solving skills
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
QUALIFICATIONS
- B.E. / B. Tech / MCA in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related discipline.
- 2–3 years of experience as an MIS Executive, MIS Analyst, Reporting Executive, or Data Analyst in an IT/Software company.
- Good communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

LOCATION
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
