Mandatory Experience for Quality Head:
- Experience in electronics manufacturing quality.
- Strong shop-floor quality management experience.
- Experience leading manufacturing quality teams.
- Knowledge of electronics reliability and environmental qualification testing.
- Experience in product qualification and acceptance testing.
- Hands-on experience in component obsolescence management.
- Knowledge of LOA/LOTA processes and configuration management.
- Experience with ISO/AS9100 quality systems, audits, and regulatory compliance.
- Experience in supplier quality and vendor development.
- Strong understanding of quality tools (RCA, CAPA, 8D, FMEA, SPC, Six Sigma) for manufacturing problem-solving.
Exp with Defence sector - mandatory
Exp with certifications / dealing with Govt officials from bodies like HAL - mandatory
Exp with leading a team of 10-15
Should have worked with start-up culture - so he/she can adjust to our culture
Should be flexible to drive quality of other divisions like railways / avionics / UAV in long run.
Experience
- Minimum 18–25 years of progressive experience in Quality Management within Aerospace, Defense, Avionics, Electronics Manufacturing, or other high-reliability industries.
- Proven experience in leading enterprise-wide quality functions in a complex manufacturing environment.
- Demonstrated experience in managing customer, regulatory, and certification audits.
- Strong exposure to defense manufacturing programs, aerospace systems integration, and mission-critical products.
- Experience working with organizations such as HAL, BEL, DRDO, DPSUs, aerospace OEMs, or equivalent defense and aviation ecosystems will be highly desirable.
Pay: ₹3,500,000.00 - ₹4,000,000.00 per year
