About the Role
Taj Jewel Pack is looking for energetic and result-oriented Sales Representatives to expand our customer base in the jewelry industry. The candidate will be responsible for generating new business opportunities, maintaining customer relationships, and achieving sales targets within the assigned region.
Responsibilities
- Visit jewelry showrooms, manufacturers, wholesalers, and retailers.
- Generate new leads and convert inquiries into orders.
- Present product samples, catalogs, and packaging solutions to customers.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
- Follow up on quotations and pending orders.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Submit daily sales and visit reports.
- Coordinate with production and dispatch teams for smooth order execution.
Requirements
- 1–3 years of experience in Sales, Business Development, or Marketing.
- Experience in jewelry, packaging, printing, gifting, or related industries is preferred.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned region.
- Self-motivated and target-oriented.
- Valid driving license preferred.
Probation Period
- Initial probation period of 2 months.
- Performance will be evaluated based on communication skills, customer acquisition, reporting, and sales results.
- Successful candidates will be confirmed after probation and considered for future promotions based on performance.
