Job Description:
- Research on business opportunities, identify sales points, develop strategic plans and sales strategies.
- Responsible for creating new opportunities consistently & meeting opportunity goals.
- Follow up to achieve the favorable closure and conversion of the leads with the dealers / Sis.
- Enhancing the dealer network & sales through them, through new dealers appointment, cross selling, sales campaigns etc.
- End to End Channel sales cycle management.
- Developing, maintaining and maturing sales pipeline by rigorously driving the dealers / SI network.
- Helping in developing & formalizing Channel Partner Processes.
- Brand development & promotion, right from conceptualization to delivery, includes documentation of products, making marketing collateral's, presentations, designing documents, solution documents, etc.
- Manage and Maintain accurate and accessible tailored documentation i.e. Presentations / proposals to meet client’s needs.
Required Experience, Skills and Qualifications:
- Minimum 1-3 years in hard-core End to end Channel sales cycle experience & hands on experience in coordinating with the Channel Partners and Dealers.
- Software selling background.
- Excellent verbal and written communication Skills as well presentation skills
- Experience on complex deals.
- Experience / Ability to understanding Client's needs and offering right solutions.
- Aggression, Self-Drive & Result orientation.
- Strong work ethics and sense of commitment.
- Strong Interpersonal Skills.
- Ability to work in a faced paced environment.
